3. Eligibility
Age Requirement: Clients must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent.
Consent for Minors: For clients under 18, written consent from a parent or guardian is required.
4. Payment Terms
Fees: Service fees are as outlined on Joanns Intuitions website or communicated directly to the Client.
Refund Policy: Payments for completed services are non-refundable. For cancellations made 48 Hours before the scheduled appointment, a partial refund may be provided.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Cancellation by Client: Cancellations must be made at least 48 Hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee and are non-refundable.
Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their appointment once without incurring additional fees, provided they reschedule 48 Hours in advance.
Cancellation by Joanns Intuitions: Joanns Intuitions reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, Clients will be offered a full refund or an option to reschedule.
6. Confidentiality
Confidentiality Commitment: All sessions and information shared by the Client will be kept confidential unless otherwise required by law.
Limitations to Confidentiality: In cases where there is a risk of harm to self or others, Joanns Intuitions reserves the right to report to appropriate authorities as required by law.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
No Guarantee of Outcomes: Joanns Intuitions does not guarantee the accuracy or outcomes of the insights or readings provided. These Services are based on intuitive and interpretative methods that may vary.
Entertainment Purposes Only: Services are provided for entertainment purposes and should not be relied upon as factual or professional advice in medical, legal, financial, or psychological matters.
8. Liability Limitation
Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Joanns Intuitions from any claims or damages that arise from the Client’s use of the Services.
Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Joanns Intuitions be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the Services provided.
9. Intellectual Property
Ownership of Materials: All materials provided by Joanns Intuitions, including but not limited to, written reports, audio files, and video recordings, remain the intellectual property of Joanns Intuitions.
Client Use: Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use materials provided for any purpose other than personal use without express written permission from Joanns Intuitions.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, the Client agrees to seek resolution through mediation or arbitration before pursuing litigation.

Acceptance of Changes: Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of any modified Terms.
